Terms & Conditions

  • Classes start and finish promptly on time.
  •  We expect children to show respect for each other and staff at all times.
  •  Fees are due 48 hours before the first session of every term.
  •  For drop-in pupils fees are due before the class starts.
  •  Unfortunately, NO REFUNDS can be made for missed sessions.
  •  We reserve the right to change fees/term dates and class times. However, we aim to keep changes to a minimal and inform as soon as possible.
  • For health and safety reasons, food is not allowed in our sessions (excluding holiday camps and La Escuelita).
  •  Children are welcome to bring a bottle of water (no fizzy drinks or juice please).
  •  Teaching might involve physical contact.
  •  Copy of DBS Certificates are available upon request.
  •  We do not accept the responsibility of any items lost or stolen, although anything we find will be placed in our Lost Property box at our registration desk.
  • It is the parent/guardian™s responsibility to inform El Recreo of any medical conditions we need to be aware of.
  •  For the safeguarding of other kids, parents are not allowed in the session itself. Excluding sessions for under 3's with their parents (CHIQUITITOS).
